The filtration devices are provided with an automation machine. The slides, filters, and vials are arranged on a mobile plate. The plate is easily transported and loaded into the machine and is compatible with vials of any dimension.
5 slides, 5 filters, and 5 vials can be loaded at a time and are processed in approximately 3 minutes. In the meantime, the operator can unload the previous slides and prepare the next batch of slides allowing to optimize the operator’s time.
Up to 100 slides per hour can be prepared using this method.
